Goya in White

Standard

Image

This is a print of Goya, the cat in my friend’s story I’m illustrating. She is white with black marks, an integral part of her character (she needs some dark spots penned in). So, the challenge becomes how to do this. I think I will end up printing her in white on dark paper and then cutting her out to paste her on a light background.

  1. Goya has such a perfect “cat attitude.” It is sometimes hard to capture cat postures – this is a good one – did you post this cat in a different way before? Anyway, it looks good to me. I’ll be curious to see how you resolve the detail issue.
